Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure you’re happy and have the best experience possible with us. That means if our products aren’t for you, we’ll refund your first order in full, with proof of purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase. This happiness guarantee applies whether you have made a once-off purchase or are a new subscriber.
Our returns policy has a 30-day timeline. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless special circumstances apply.
Returns Process
If you would like a refund, then all returned products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
If you wish to return your order, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the order at info@wildatlantichealth.com. Please state your order number and the reason for the return.
We will issue you with a shipping authorisation number so that our warehouse can process your return. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item to the warehouse. Please note we cannot be held responsible for returned packages that fail to reach the warehouse. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning an order.
When your return is received at our warehouse, we will email you to notify you of its arrival. All returns will be examined upon receipt, and once deemed eligible, payment will be refunded as quickly as possible back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges Procedure
Our products are rigorously tested and should arrive to you in pristine condition. However, we promise to replace or refund any damaged or imperfect product you receive from us. To speed up the exchange process, please email info@wildatlantichealth.com with your concerns and photos of the products soon after arrival so we can address the issue immediately.
