Turning Wellness into Water Wells
At Wild Atlantic, we are committed to ensuring that our pursuit of wellness extends beyond ourselves. This commitment is embodied in our “Buy a bottle, build a well” promise.
Building Community
Every year, we set aside 2% of our sales to support our social mission with the Irish charity Field of Life. This charity is changing lives in East Africa with water wells and well-being education.
An Opportunity to help others
Access to adequate water, sanitation, and hygiene is one of the most fundamental basic human rights. One in three people globally do not have access to safe drinking water (World Health Organisation).
Fields of Life’s Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programme includes work to improve the health and quality of life of thousands of people in marginalised communities through:
- the provision of a safe water supply
- promotion of appropriate hygiene practices
- the use of sanitation facilities.
Providing Education
I AM GIRL aims to boost school attendance for adolescent girls by educating boys, girls, teachers, parents, and community members on gender equality, menstrual hygiene, gender-based violence, and child protection.
